Mr. Neverl Kambasha is the Founder and Chairman of Beryl Group. His extensive business knowledge and experience, spanning over 25 years, has earned him positions on various boards, both locally and internationally. He nurtures extensive networks and high-profile relationships with policy, industry and entrepreneurial leaders across the globe. He is an active member of America’s Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) and the World Economic Forum (WEF). He has received various invitations to the White House for his philanthropic and commercial work in Africa and was elected by the Africa Heritage as an “Ambassador of Africa” for his contribution to society. He serves as Chairman of several entities, and he focuses on empowering and driving collaboration among the next generation of business leaders

Dr Reabetswe Kgoroeadira is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Partner of Beryl Group. She serves as a board member of Bollore Africa Logistics South Africa. Before joining the Group she held various executive positions at Standard Bank and South African Breweries (SAB), including senior management positions at SAP Africa. She was an external examiner in the school of Electrical and Information Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) and served as a board member of the UJ-NYDA Institute. She holds a PhD in Economics from Cranfield University (UK), an MBA from Kent University (UK) and a BSc Electrical Engineering degree from The University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Mrs. Beryl Kambasha is the Head of Corporate Governance at Beryl Group. A qualified Accountant by profession, she is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, having majored in Auditing and Investment Finance. Mrs. Kambasha is a philanthropist affiliated with several organizations that support impoverished communities by providing educational support to orphans, feeding programs, housing initiatives and empowering widows. She is a motivational speaker for women empowerment and development and founded the Purpose Driven Women Forum in 2008, a platform dedicated to assisting women to realize their economic potential.

Mr. Mpho M. Nhlapo drives Business Development for the Group's minerals and resources portfolio. Having joined Beryl Capital in 2005, he formed part of the core team overseeing the company’s transition into Beryl Group. He has a strong background in sales and marketing, underpinning his dynamic career with the company. His notable success in the energy and petroleum sector on behalf of the Group is evidenced by several achievements, including the establishment of alliances with six major global oil suppliers. He represents the Group in cultivating and managing stakeholder relationships.

Ms. Fortunate Ramashidzha is an Executive Director of Beryl Group and currently serves as a board member of Bolloré Africa Logistics South Africa. She previously worked as a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator at First National Bank. She joined Beryl Group in 2011 as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. She is one of the founding Executive for Beryl Group’s CSI program, Kingdom Business Network, a platform that empowers 160 entrepreneurs annually. Ms. Ramashidzha holds an Honors Degree in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich, (United Kingdom) and an Advanced International Diploma in Business Administration from NCC Education (United Kingdom).

Mr. Deva Marianen is the Chief Executive Officer for Beryl Group International. An Economist, Chartered Secretary, administrator and the founder of the SAFYR Group – he specializes in Capital Markets with a strong focus on Private Equity, serving as an advisor to several large institutions and family offices. Throughout his career, he has led various mergers and acquisitions globally, whilst also assisting large multinationals and ultra-high net worth individuals to consolidate their international businesses in a tax and exchange control efficient manner. He has served as a member of the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange in Mauritius and has an in-depth understanding of the business environment in Africa.
